The fossils from Derbyshire were collected by Glauert while on a Carnegie Grant in 1938. They were stored in matchboxes and wrapped in Perth newspapers during World War II, discovered when the WA Museum's palaeontological collections moved to Welshpool in 2004 and subsequently accessioned into the Invertebrate fossil collection.
