Notebook details four separate trips ranging from 1975 to 1978. First trip is an expedition to Dunsborough and Bunker Bay accompanied by B. W. Wilson and F. Wells. from 31/12/1978-03/01/1978. Consists of very detailed notes on specimens taken (detailed below). Melbourne [23/02/1977-27/02/1977] consists of assorted notes on specimens and research then of interest to the author. The third set of notes are detailed daily notes on a short expedition to Rottnest (10/01/1978-12/01/1978) (detailed below). Fourth trip to Two Peoples Bay area consists of detailed daily notes and location mud maps, collection/observation on land and marine molluscs notes are detailed below.

31/12/1975; Dunsborough - Coralline algae 2 spp., other species of green algae, mollusc sp. "Things".
03/01/1976; Bunker Bay - Calliostoma [?] (detailed description), Fissurellid, sponge, Cosmetalepas concatenata (detailed description)

Rottnest Trip:
10/01/1978; Rottnest, Green[?] Head - small turbinids with pink spots. 
11/01/1978; Fishhook Bay - Micrastraea, Epitoniids, pink Bulla sp.
12/01/1978; Cathedral Rocks to Cape Vlamingh - pink Bulla, Hyotissa, 3 spp. Torinia (Architectonicidae), Conus klemae, Aglaja, pleurobranch. Parakeet Point - Astraea squamifera, Astraea tentoriiformis, Haliotis scalaris, Nassarius rufula.
Two Peoples Bay Trip:
25/03/1978; Station 1, near Waychinicup - Bothriembryon and "others". Station 2, near Waychinicup - Astraea, Kalelysia (scalarina?), Venerupus, Pseudacopagia victoriae, Campanile, Bittium granosum, Siphonaria, "unusual white-fronded tube worm", Austrocochlea constricta, dead oysters, Bembicium. Station 6, near Waychinicup - Austrocochlea rudis, no limpets, Hipponyx, Astraea. Station 3, near Waychinicup - dead Bothriembryo, small tan centipede. Station 4, near Wachinicup - FW (?) crabs, millipedes. Station 5, near Waychinicup - dead and live Bothriembryo, dead and live "others".
26/03/1978; Camping site, Norman's Beach - dead and fossilised Bothriembryo bulla. Dunes, east end of Norman's Beach - dead Bothriembryo, dead Succinea, dead pupoids, dead Paralaoma. Beach drift, Norman's Beach - Argonauta argo, donacids (columbella), Donacilla.
27/03/1978; Nannarup limestone quarry - fossil echinoids "heart[?] urchin, test whole, broken regular echinoid, tests & spines - ribbed specimen with tabular ends", fossiliferous stone contains mostly bryozoa - no molluscs.
