Glauert returns Dean's correspondence of 29 June 1936, seeking further information about the identity of the goanna mentioned.
Glauert asks if the goanna is the small dark goanna known as the 'Curdar' in the Maragaret region or the larger lighter coloured goanna.
Glauert notes his particular interest in all kinds of ants and requests a small collection be forwarded to him.
He notes that a small bottle of methylated spirits and a pair of tweezers are all the equipment required.
