Neville is attempting to find out why an earlier request for specimens to be delivered to Victoria has not been complied with.
Instead he has received a reply from the museum claiming that no such request had been received and that the person it had been addressed to, Glauert, is currently away on military duty.
Neville repeats his request that the specimens be gathered and sent east as early as possible.
