Abstract:
The implement received from Williams-Hunt is a tanged implement, known as a 'Yodda-type' and was collected in the Kimberley region by a Mr Patterson some thirty years ago. The existance of only about a dozen are known of Australia-wide - all from the
Eastern States. McCarthy suggests that Glauert write a description of it and send the note together with a photograph to 'Mankind' for publication. It is the first of its kind to be found in Western Australia and is therefore of some importance.
