MEMORANDUM AND DECLARATION.
The ALFRED ARGLES GOLD MINING CO.
(NO-LIABILITY),
MALLINA, WESTERN AUSTRALIA.
I, the undersigned, hereby make application to REGISTER the ALFRED ARGLES
GOLD MINING COMPANY as a No-liability Mining Company, under the provisions
of the No-liability Mining Companies Act of 1881.
1. The name of the company is to be the Alfred Argles gold mining
company, No-liability.
2. The place operations is at Mallina in the colony of Western Australia.
3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at Scott's
Chambers, 96, Pitt Street, Sydney, New South Wales.
4. The value of The Company's plant and machinery is £2,500.
5. The Company's mining consists of 25 acres held under lease from the
Crown.
6. The amount of money at the Company's credit is £60, and the total
liability of the Company is nil.
7. The nominal capital of the Company is £150,000 pounds in 150,000
shares of £1 each, and 25,000 are contributing shares to the extent of 10
s. each, and 20,000 are held in reserve for future issue.
8. The number of contributing shares subscribed for is 25,000.
9. The name of the Manager is William Earp Myring.
10. The names and addresses and occupations of the Shareholders and the
number of shares distinguishing the contributing from the non-contributing
shares held by each at this date are as below: —

Agreement: Alfred Argles of the one part, Robert Palmer and Ebenezer
Martin of the other part.

South Wales, Mining Agent, do solemnly and sincerely declare that —
1. I am the Manager of the said intended Company.
2. The above statement is to the best of my belief and knowledge true in
every particular. And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously
believing the same to the true and by virtue of the provisions of act made
and passed in the ninth year of the reign of Her present Majesty,
intituled [sic] "An Act for the more effectual abolition of oaths and
affirmations taken and made in various departments of the Government of
New South Wales, and substitute declarations in lieu thereof and for the
suppression of voluntary and extra judicial oath and affidavits.
