NNW of Dampier, 19°34'50' 116°08'48", 55 fathoms; Recovered [buoy?] gooseneck barnacles 4 spp?, nudibranches - colours ranging from yellow to pink-brown - with gelatinous eggmasses, dark brown almost shell-less barnacles, smooth white barnacles, one large bristle worm, few small crabs (Leptograpsis type), 1 small mesogastropod[?] (Dialidae?), small pteriids - like Austropteria, oysters - deep cup shaped - possibly O. folium

Monte Bellos, S end of Trimouille I.; Pinctada spp., Pteria sp., isognomids, juvenile oysters, small fissurellids, stomatellids, 1 small venerid, small chamids, small mussels - Musculista? green brown & red, oysters possibly 2 spp., O. folium, chamids (?2 spp.), spondylids 1 sp., vermetids, lithophagid, gastrochamids, 2 spp. Hyotissa, O. folium, O. tuberculata, Pinctada morgarifera, P. albina, Pteriids(?) on Acropora, Pinna (1 or 2 spp.?), Beguina, Arca, cerithiids, 2 cones (1 dead C. textile not taken)
Oyster zone of "little islet", E. side of Trimouille I.; spiny chiton, purple thaid, 2 or 3 other thaids, S. cuccullata, Acmeids (stellata), Chamids, Marmarostoma argyrostoma, ?Hyotissa or Ostrea, buccinids & mitrids(?).

Continued processing of Monte Bello material; 2 isopods & 1 shrimp from Hyotissa hyotis, 2 spp. of chamids from reef S of Trimouille & possibly 2 (maybe different from first 2) from intertidal collection E. of Trimouille, 2 large commensal shrimp from Pinna, large Spondylus, O. folium.
