An online resource to assist heritage professionals and institutions in the care and preservation of their sacred and culturally sensitive objects. This resource is divided into two sections: the first describes sacred and sensitive
objects and collections and the cultural and ethical frameworks surrounding their care; the second deals specifically with Canadian Indigenous sacred or restricted objects and describes their traditional care as well as the forms this care may take within the museum environment.
