Letter from Ludwig Glauert to Albert Le Souef.In reply to your letter of the 31 March, I am not able to help as our collection of local seals is small.We have Eumetopias albicollis from Esperance and from an island a few miles north of Fremantle as well
as a skull without data.We have a single Ogmorbinus leptonyx from Busselton.We have no local examples of Arctocephalus cinerea.The identifications were checked by Mr Alexander some years ago.If you send me the draft of your book, I will examine our specimens and compare.
