Locations and species surveyed are as follows - SE corner of the island, on south side between Research station and Freshwater Beach; Saccostrea amasa, Saccostrea echinata, Chama. South coast of island, mangroves on eastern side of Windy Beach; Saccostrea amasa, Saccostrea echinata. Sheltered area on western side of South Point; Saccostrea amasa, Saccostrea echinata, Pycnodonte hyotis. Coast on west side of South Point; Saccostrea amasa, Murex/Chicoreus brunneus feeding on oysters, ricinus and marginalba[?] feeding on limpets and barnacles only. Coast on eastern side of South Point; Saccostrea amasa, Chama. West point; Saccostrea amasa. Rocky Point; Saccostrea amasa, Pycnodonte. North end of Mrs Watson's Bay; Saccostrea amasa, Saccostrea echinata, Pycnodonte hyotis, O. trapezina. Bombie no 2; Pycnodonte hyotis, O. trapezina, O. folium. South-west corner and south side of Palfrey Island; Saccostrea amasa, Pycnodonte hyotis.ed at Hardy Inlet and Swan Lake in WA - Hydrococus graniformus, Batillaria, Kalelysia scalarina[?]. Back of notebook has drafts of two personal letters.
