Detailed log of flight from Derby to Kalumburu given (01/05), noting times and photos of interesting locales seen during flight. Visited Benedict Mission at Kalumburu, accompanied Dr. Wilson on a trip to river to collect molluscs. Bannister also notes a number of specimens (Macroderma, fruitbat and echidna) collected by Henry Butler (noted naturalist) held at the mission. The flight back to Derby is again logged, with times and photos of locales. Notebook ends with several pages of notes of the terrain and traversabilityof the Prince Regent River and the Drysdale River area.
